Exchanges will be accepted for unopened goods for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Customer will pay return freight charges.

Warranty / Guarantee

Bed Shield offers a 10 year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

This warranty will apply only if protector is received in good condition. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse or not
properly following the care instructions will void warranty.

Bed Shield is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its product. In no event
shall the responsiblity of Bed Shield exceed the purchase price of the warranted product.

The warranty will be honored with proof of purchase.

(secure socket layer encryption). Your credit card number and information go directly to our online payment gateway and is not stored on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Because of our quick processing and shipment times, your order is sometimes shipped hours after it is placed. To prevent us from cancelling
an order that has already been shipped, we do not currently have a way for you to cancel your order. If you place an order for an item that
you no longer want, then you can return that order within 30 days of the date of purchase, unopened, for a full refund.
